I have to say that our hotel was one of the first to have a website and an e-mail address. However it was only after we decided to upgrade to a more professional web page and leave it in the capable hands of Frankie & Krista who manage HWS Ltd that we saw a tremendous influx of bookings coming in. I was also approached by other hoteliers in 4 & 5 star hotels and foreigners complementing our new website as it surely is one of the best that I have ever seen. It not only gives out all the information about the hotel and Valletta, but the photos that were taken by the photographer have captured fantastic photos of the wonderful location at every part of the day. As soon as you log on to the home page , one is captured with a moving picture of the Grand harbour in the early 20th Century and then the same view is transformed into the present day. It was one of Frankie’s ideas and makes you want to stay looking at it for countless of times. Of course implementing a secure server and accepting most major credit cards on line have made it easier and now more guaranteed bookings have increased on a daily basis.
I have to thank Krista who is a fantastic organiser as she coordinated the whole thing and was the go between the hotel, photographer and HWS Ltd and of course Frankie whose magical creativity and expertise transformed our hotel on the internet for everyone to see. Lastly I want to thank all the staff of HWS Ltd for their support and service.
